After a ten-year cycle the IRS 2013 is held again in the beautiful city of Dresden in Germany.Due to the rapid development of analog and digital technologies, radar technique is still an expanding technical and economical segment with practical applications in the civilian as well as the military area. The world-wide family of radar researchers and experts is quite small and it is always a pleasure to meet scientists, engineers, and international experts to discuss new ideas, latest research results and future developments.
